Affiliate terms

1. The program

The Kaso affiliate program pays you for creators you send to Kaso. These terms are between Kaso, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Kaso") and you, the affiliate, and you accept them by applying. The program is run on Tolt, Kaso's affiliate platform, whose terms also apply to your Tolt account.

Anyone who reaches people who make AI videos can apply. Kaso reviews every application and may decline one without a reason. An approved affiliate gets a personal link.

2. What earns a bounty

A referral is a creator who clicks your link and creates a Kaso creator account within 90 days of the click, on the same browser. You earn one flat bounty of $20 for each referred creator who becomes an active creator: a creator Kaso has paid at least once. The bounty is earned when that first payout clears, and once only per creator, whatever the creator earns after that.

No bounty is earned for a brand or agency, for a creator who already had an account, for yourself, for an account you control, for a creator who is never paid, or for a referral that Kaso finds was bought, faked or made by misleading the creator. Kaso may withhold or reverse a bounty in those cases and end your participation.

3. How you are paid

Bounties are paid through Tolt, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, on Tolt's schedule, once Kaso has approved them. Tolt collects your tax form (a W-9 for US affiliates, a W-8 for others) before anything is paid, and Kaso or Tolt files the tax reporting the law requires. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. How you promote Kaso

Say honestly what Kaso is: a place where creators make AI videos for brands and are paid per 1,000 views. Do not promise earnings, do not call it a job, do not run ads on Kaso's name or trademarks, do not spam, and do not present yourself as Kaso. Disclose that you earn from your link where the law requires it. Kaso may give you assets and may ask you to stop using any material.

5. The rest

Kaso may change the bounty or these terms with 14 days' notice by email; the change applies to referrals made after that date. Either side may end your participation at any time; bounties already earned are paid. Kaso's liability under these terms is limited to the bounties due to you. These terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes resolved as in the Kaso creator agreement. Questions go to contact@joinkaso.com.
