When is the fee charged?
Once, when a deposit clears. Funding a campaign and paying creators carry no fee.
How long does a deposit take?
A bank transfer takes a few business days to clear. A campaign launched before then starts by itself when the money arrives.
What happens to budget that is not spent?
It returns to your balance when the campaign ends, and can fund the next campaign.
Can a deposit be refunded?
A balance cannot be withdrawn. Kaso can refund a whole deposit, fee included, while the balance still covers it. Write to contact@joinkaso.com.
Is there a minimum?
A deposit starts at $500, a campaign at $200, and a rate at $0.50 per 1,000 views.
Is there a contract or a monthly plan?
No. You deposit when you want to run a campaign.
